LOCATION AND VENUE
Tiptoe Lodge is situated in the New Forest National Park where wild ponies roam free, just five miles from the sea. Annabel and Angus, our hosts at Tiptoe Lodge, built the Yoga Studio recently from a variety of reclaimed products. It is fully heated for the winter months and has an onsite bathroom. Although the building was only constructed a year ago, it has the feel and calming atmosphere of a traditional garden summerhouse. The large windows look out onto an ancient orchard and field beyond. Artist Annabel has a talent for decoration which she has used to create comfortable and elegant rooms.
Referring to a pre-war family connection to India, birthplace of yoga, the 5 bedrooms carry the names
of historical Indian locations. Accommodation is on a shared basis, but single accommodation can be arranged.
2 bathrooms and 3 toilets are shared, along with an extra shower in the main house (plus a shower and loo in

Yoga sessions are adapted for all levels of experience. My classes are always inclusive, whether you have practiced for years or it is your first ever yoga experience. We'll practice energising morning yoga sessions with guided meditation, restorative afternoon classes after a peaceful day immersed in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest, and guided yoga nidras to close our day.
No previous experience is necessary, the only goal of our yoga sessions is to connect body, mind and spirit in a blissful union, strengthening and soothing the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the spirit, what I like to call finding our yoga bliss.
