don’t get me wrong I loveeee a lil after riding beer 🍻but I also LOVE a good stretch + chill to take care of my winter bod + mind ☺️ love a balance! ⚖️🤗

my evening classes are all about recuperating + refreshing after a day on the hill ~ targeting muscles that have worked hard + balancing the adrenaline of a day’s riding, leaving you ready to go again the next day!🧘‍♀️
