what I can do is share accessible yoga ~ often, but not always, to creaky skiers + snowboarders, in person, online + on retreats

since I did a lil intro… or since I posted at all 🤭 that’s maybe the first thing to know ~ i am very far from an Instagram yogi, i can barely match my socks let alone my athleisure sets 🫠

what I can do is share accessible yoga ~ often, but not always, to creaky skiers + snowboarders, in person, online + on retreats

if you’re a skier, a snowboarder, or just curious about how yoga can bring more strength, balance, flow + JOY to your riding (+ your life!) I hope you’ll find my sporadic but relatable content useful!

there’ll be class schedules (coming soon for autumn + winter!), info on how you can join me in person, on retreat + online, lots of snowboarding, lots of nature pics + yoga tips to keep you in balance on the mat + on the mountain ⛄️

equinox feels 🌞🍃🍂🌛
+ autumnal vibes in the mountains ~ hopefully a sign of a good winter to come! ❄️ but for now, a pause 🌞⚖️🌛 a natural still point in the year before we turn to darker months + an opportunity to take stock ~

🍎 can you celebrate abundance in this harvest season? what is your own personal harvest ~ where can you celebrate the fruits of your own efforts throughout the year?
🍂 what can you allow to fall away in order to conserve your energy through the darker half of the year?
🕯️ how can you follow nature’s cues + gradually turn your energy inward ~ can you invite more coziness? light candles, eat nourishing foods, gather, rest, retreat 🧣

those long evenings beginning to draw in + there’s a chill in the morning air… perhaps the idea of summer daze slipping away invites us to slow down a little + appreciate this turn of the season 🪐

🌞 rising with the sun as daylight hours creep a little shorter
🌄 not having to stay up as late to catch beautiful sunset colours!
