I'm so looking forward to our first ever summer mountain retreat, this August in the beautiful Sainte Foy Tarentaise!
Whiteroom Chalets will be hosting our small group at Chalet Chalou, at the heart of the resort, and Matt will be cooking up a storm of healthy and nourishing meals (and he's promised some of his famous cakes too!)
The weekend promises to be a blissful, relaxing experience, combining daily yoga and meditation practices and time spent in our beautiful mountains connecting with nature and being as active or as chilled-out as you like! This summer's retreat will leave you refreshed and nourished after a healthy dose of mountain magic.
