Outdoor classes from July
I'm so excited to be back in the mountains next week and to get outdoor summer yoga classes up and running!
Our first class will be Saturday 2nd July, 10am in our usual spot in Lavachet. From Saturday 9th July Loop Bar will be serving up yummy brunches and coffees after class! Something to look forward to every Saturday morning.
Sunday morning yoga in Brévières will be in the grounds of the beautiful Tetras Lodge, overlooking Brévières lake. The hotel serves up a gourmet brunch after class for those who'd like to try their delicious home-cooked menu.
From Monday 4th July I'll also be working with Tignes Developpement to offer a free weekly "initiation au yoga" (class taught in French) by the fishing hut on the lake. Every Monday morning at 9am.
