Our autumnal retreats are all about slowing down - taking a break from the busy-ness of the day to day and realigning with the natural rhythms of this season.

Retreats at Tiptoe are a re-rooting. Time to slow down to an autumnal pace - slow enough to reconnect with the rhythms of this season, and remember that we too are beings of nature. ​

2 nights accommodation at Tiptoe Lodge

6 nourishing healthy meals

2 morning yoga + meditation sessions

1 afternoon yoga session

2 evening restorative yoga sessions + guided yoga nidra sessions

LOCATION AND VENUE

Tiptoe Lodge is situated in the New Forest National Park where wild ponies roam free, just five miles from the sea. Annabel and Angus, our hosts at Tiptoe Lodge, built the Yoga Studio from a variety of reclaimed products. It has the feel and calming atmosphere of a traditional garden summerhouse, and large windows look out onto an ancient orchard and field beyond. 

ACCOMMODATION

Artist Annabel has a talent for decoration which she has used to create comfortable and elegant rooms.

Accommodation is on a shared basis, but single accommodation can be arranged.

2 bathrooms and 3 toilets are shared, along with an extra shower in the main house (plus a shower and loo in

the yoga studio).

YOGA

Yoga sessions are adapted for all levels of experience. My classes are always inclusive, whether you have practiced for years or it is your first ever yoga experience. We'll practice energising morning yoga sessions with guided meditation, restorative afternoon classes after a peaceful day immersed in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest, and guided yoga nidras to close our day. 

No previous experience is necessary, the only goal of our yoga sessions is to connect body, mind and spirit in a blissful union, strengthening and soothing the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the spirit, what I like to call finding our yoga bliss. 

FOOD

6 wholesome and delicious vegetarian meals are included, form Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Friday        arrivals, welcome circle, and a warming

                 communal dinner

                 restorative yoga and yoga nidra before bed

Saturday   begin the day with a cup of tea before our morning meditation session

                 enjoy a healthy breakfast together 

                 morning yoga session and forest walk

                 lunch and free time

                 afternoon activity - a forest walk or a trip to the local seaside

                 afternoon yoga session

                 dinner served in the Aga warmed kitchen

                 restorative yoga and yoga nidra

Sunday     morning meditation and breakfast

                morning yoga session and a forest walk

                lunch

                closing circle, guided meditation and goodbyes
