Our autumnal retreats are all about slowing down - taking a break from the busy-ness of the day to day and realigning with the natural rhythms of this season.
Retreats at Tiptoe are a re-rooting. Time to slow down to an autumnal pace - slow enough to reconnect with the rhythms of this season, and remember that we too are beings of nature.

Characterful rooms, steeped in history
Tiptoe Lodge is our hosts' Annabel and Angus family home, and has beenin Annabel's family since the 1930s.
The house is perfectly nestled between forest and sea, in the heart of the New Forest. The National Park is a 5 minute walk from the house, and wandering through the woods and heathland are a meditative, integral part of our retreat.
The south coast is a short drive away, a quintessential British beach overlooking the Isle of Wight. Be sure to bring your swimmers if you fancy a dip!
Artist Annabel has a talent for decoration which she has used to create comfortable and elegant rooms. Accommodation is on a shared basis, but solo occupancy accommodation can be arranged.

Yoga sessions are adapted for all levels of experience. Sessions are always inclusive, whether you have practiced for years or it is your first ever yoga experience.
The beautiful yoga space was created from a variety of reclaimed products, and has the feel and calming atmosphere of a traditional garden summerhouse. Large windows look out onto an ancient orchard and field beyond.
In this beautiful space we'll practice energising morning hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation, and restorative afternoon yin yoga practices after a peaceful day immersed in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest
A guided yoga nidra will close each day.

Angus' delicious home-cooked meals (and homemade sourdough!) have become legendary amongst Tiptoe guests. We are treated to a plentiful array of wholesome vegan and vegetarian food for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
