Meet Hannah
Hannah's passion for backcountry snowboarding has taken her all over the French and Swiss Alps, to the Arctic Circle, and the backcountry mecca of magical Hokkiado, all the while keeping body and mind in harmony through yoga and mindfulness.
You can read about Hannah's journey with yoga and snowboarding here.
The Trip
This trip is for snowboarders who feel comfortable riding red and black runs and have at least some experience riding in powdery conditions. No splitboard experience is required, but if you have splitboarded before - that's great! We'll refresh your memory on how your equipment is set up and maintained.
Sainte Foy offers a range of terrain perfect for building up your off-piste and touring skills, while developing your understanding and appreciation of riding in the backcountry. You'll develop mountain skills, build confidence and discover an appreciation of another aspect of the mountain.
Weather permitting, we'll spend a night in a mountain refuge. A unique and magical adventure to experience the raw simplicity of the mountain. After a tour into the backcountry, we'll enjoy a hearty home-cooked dinner, cosy rest before touring out the next day. Truly getting away from it all!
This is a camp run by experienced mountain professionals with a love of sharing their passions with you. It is a rare and golden opportunity to delve into the world of splitboarding and touring, meet like minded riders and progress your snowboarding in an encouraging and nurturing environment.
You can read reviews from past clients here.
